Please send the serial number of the tool after purchase.

1.Your m500 will be updated within 24hs (Monday - Friday) or on next Monday if you purchased it in the weeknd.

2.You will receive a cd with an update. After receiving Serial Number we will send you (within timframe mentioned in point 1) a conformation that your tool has been updated. You will need to reboot m500 and new updates will be available.

3. Due to a few dishonest buyers who tried to cheat us and opened a claim on ebay/paypal writeing that they haven't received their m500 (or m500 updates) I would like to inform you that we will disactive M500 for good if a buyer will try to cheat us and will open a claim saying that he/she didn't receive the updates. We are honest seller with history on ebay since 2014. We tread our buyers very serious and we expect the same. 

4. This is update for Basic version. If you want the Full version then the cost is £179

5. This update is valid for 12 months which means that you will be able to update your tool every time there will be a new version in 12 month after purchase.

Please pay attention to the year, model and dashboard type column

+ If, on the list, there is no year next to the car model, then it means that the tool hasn t been tested with this model and might not work with all models and years of this car.

+ If you see this sign in the list "-2012" it means that the tool works with this car model TO 2012, but FROM the year when this particular model was released.

+ If you see this sign on the list 2012- then it means that the tool works with this car models from 2012 (up to the next lifting).

Please also check Dashboard Type column. It is very important that your car model dashboard is supported. Some car models has been made with a different dashboards. 

eg. VAG cars are equipped with a Johnson Control dashboard, with which this device does not work and a VDD/VDO dashboard with which the m500 works.

It doesn't work with Virtual Dashboard.

 Please don't believe sellers who write that ObdProg m500 tool comes with a lifetime updates. It is just a scam !!!

These sellers take advantage of the naivety of buyers and do not offer any free updates after one year. Many people write to us that they have been cheated by other (especially Chinese) sellers in this way and after a year it is impossible to open a case on ebay.
