Like a cloud, Uzbek Ikats display a great variety of patterns, may be composed of several combinations of materials, and maybe woven in both simple and complex structures. There are very many Uzbek handmade articles made of Ikat: clothes, pillowcases, a variety of decorative handicrafts, bags, etc.

NOTE: White stripe comes approx. in every two yards (pattern repeat) in the fabric and it is a part of every authentic handwoven ikat fabric.

Please note ikat fabrics are handcrafted. Therefore there may have minor imperfections such as loose threads, kinks, small holes and etc. on them. These are proof that the fabric is authentic and handmade. Every authentic ikat will also have white stripes approximately every two yards. These are naturally formed in the process of dying and are not a defect in the fabric pattern.
