No brand tag, just size 42 tag. So I don't know if recently made or vintage. 2 pockets with amazing belt. Super clean, not faded, no flaws except a tiny bit of snag/abrasion at top of right pocket (photo #9). No Materials tag, probably Polyester. Smooth, soft and shiny. 

  Measurements: Men's loose fit Medium: 22" across chest from armpit seam to seam (44" around), 34" long . 18" shoulder to shoulder. Sleeves: 33" backbone to end of cuff or 23" arm seam to end of cuff.
