Sebile Lipless Glider 170 in suspending or sinking models - your choice.  This is a huge glidebait designed for big predators like stripers, pike and muskie, and big bass.
I don't think this was ever released in the United States by Sebile, so the fish are highly unlikely to have seen it on your local lake or river.  I initially ordered one of these from Germany as a replacement for my old classic Bagley B-Flat Balsa musky glidebait, and liked it so much I ordered a bunch more for my buddies and for my personal stockpile.
I really like this one for its lazy gliding action.  Beautiful and well designed, it is a fish catcher!  I've even listed bass as a target species because I have caught both largemouth and smallmouth on them while targeting muskie - and I live in the midwest.  I can only imagine how productive it could be on southern lakes with true giant largemouth that are accustomed to eating big baitfish.  I would suggest the golden shiner and shiner versions for that.

Here is how Sebile described this now rare discontinued lure:

  • An easy to swim glider with a side to side action that makes predators react!
  • Unique 360 degree hanger system improves catch rates and landing ratios by reducing the Fish's leverage on the lure during the fight (I took some closeup pictures of the hook hangers.  The heavy duty swivels allow for 360 degree hook rotation).
  • It's flat sides and cut tail provides a big silhouette and a sharp profile that cuts the flow for less effort when casting and jerking.
  • Ultra Sharp, short shank hooks keep the hook points closer to the lure body for better hooking ratios.

All of my lure auctions have a flat $3.95 total shipping fee no matter how many lures you purchase and pay for on the same day.

Best of luck on the water this season!
