US and INTERNATIONAL • We ship items within two business day, most often the next
business day • We ship throughout the U.S. and U.S. territories and to APO/FPO

Shipping (2-8 days per the post office); however it is usually 3-4 days per our
experience • Upgrade shipping to Priority Mail (2-3 days) for an additional

item MAY BE offered by Ebay for international shipping in their Global Shipping
Program. • Per the policies of Ebay's Global Shipping Program, we will send the
book to a US location for the international processing of this book. The Global
Shipping program will handle the arrangements for international shipping and the
