Direct from wine country, these unique and rare upcycled coat and hat racks are handmade from an authentic reclaimed wine barrel. The oak staves are sanded and then we have a coat of varathane to add luster, but otherwise retain their original appearance. The stave also has two holes drilled on each end for easy application into any normal wall stud (32" apart for application on any normal 16" centers behind the wall). The repurposed rack has five handmade hangers made from actual original wine barrel hoop bands. They have been sanded to give a beautiful steel look. And note the edges of the cut hooks are smooth down.
Each stave and hoop band hooks are handcrafted individually and have their own patina and charm, offering a unique charismatic one-of-a-kind coat/hat rack.
The staves are between 34 and 38 inches long with most approximately 36 inches in length. They are roughly three inches tall at the middle where the wood bends outwardly and closer to two inches on the ends. Generally all wine barrel staves are an inch thick.
This handmade and recycled product is recrafted with care and precision.
