4)  Is item new/used? 

All items are used unless you see "new" in the title, you should expect to dry-clean / alter your item upon receipt to make it perfect due to shipping, handling, etc. as you would with any clothing purchase.

 

5) Do you take returns? 

Yes:  I want you to be happy, contact me first with any issues...the buyer will bear the cost of any and all shipping fees there and back regardless of real or perceived condition.  No refund will be granted after 14 days have elapsed.
