Shipping:

We may not be able to ship to a PO box, please contact us first. This item is shipped from the carrier of our choice, please provide us with a phone number as depending on the carrier we choose, we will not be able to ship without a contact number. This unit may not ship from Vaudreuil-Dorion, it may be shipped from another warehouse in Canada.


Please note that shipping does not include the Northwest territories. If you are in a rural part of Canada that is underserved by most large carriers please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase this item.


DOA Returns:

At this time we do not accept money back returns, we will however replace any defective unit or DOA product for the first 30 days from the purchase date. Customer must pay return shipping with insurance, and provide us with a tracking number. If however, this was a clearance item, then we will either replace it with a similar unit, with the similar value, or we will do a refund minus our shipping expenses. (Please note that free shipping items cost us, we will deduct what we paid for shipping from any refunds) Before any of this, the item must be returned to us for testing. You must insure the shipment, and provide us with a tracking number. We recommend you keep the shipping box for the first 30 days from purchase in case the product is defective.
