We receive our inventory through the mail, and occasionally, they arrive in less-than-perfect condition. In these instances, we remove the wrap, check the case and the disc, and if there is no damage, we reset the disc on the wheel. There are times when the disc rubs against the wheel and sustains scratches. Under these circumstances, we check the disc to ensure that the playback reception is clear and crisp and that there are no glitches. We do not sell these items as Brand New. The case is always in perfect condition. Therefore, we rate the item according to the number of scratches we find. We then take a feasible number of pictures and note the condition in our listing according to our findings. If you discover more than we did, please let us know, so we can both reach a fair and amicable resolution.
