Hardcover book bound in the publisher's original full cloth-gilt. 20 cm. 119 pages. The author's final novel published posthumously. Gale was the first woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1921. In very good condition. Hinges tight. Offsetting/toning to the end pages.  No markings or writing, small tear on bottom of spine, scarce book.
