New design using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks which is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low

These have been tested on many vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance.

It doesn’t include the tophat, power pipe and jubilee clips.

This is the most efficient intercooler on the market for the MK5 Astra VXR.

Will fit other models like the Zafira with minor modifications and some pipe work changes.

Able to fit the Astra MK4 by trimming the crash bar and a little of the fog surrounds.

We recommend that you use some sort of rubber spacer under the small brackets where they bolt to the crash bar as there can be some vibration which can cause them to snap off sometimes years down the line.
