It is a normal substance found in the body and is at its highest concentration in cartilage, but due to joint damage and ageing a supplement is needed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults: take two tablets daily with water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.  

Do not exceed the stated daily intake.
