IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING THESE TYPE OF LIGHT BULBS:

1. The brand packaging for these bulbs are being updated, so may differ to what is shown in the photos, we are updating the photos over time.
2. The energy ratings have been updated to the new EU ratings table which is marked from A-G, instead of A++ to E, so the new rating for these bulbs are G, instead of B, the bulbs have not changed at all, it is only the rating table that has changed.
3. These type of light bulbs are not interchangeable, in other words, if you are replacing an existing bulb, you must ensure you are replacing it with a bulb of the exact same wattage and number of pins or it will not fit the lampholder, Brand shouldn't matter.
4. These type of bulbs are powered by a control gear (ballast), if replacing an existing (and the same) bulb, the control gear will already be there, otherwise the existing bulb never would have worked.
5. If you buy a new bulb and it doesn't fit the lampholder, chances are you bought the wrong wattage, as each wattage has a specific configuration of pins to prevent you putting in the wrong bulb as this would destroy the control gear. Secondly, check the control gear, if this is faulty then the bulb won't work. Thirdly, if possible try the bulb in a light that is still working to check the new bulb isn't faulty.
