This cow creamer was sold as a souvenir at the Dogpatch USA theme park based on the Al Capp comic strip "Li'l Abner". The park was open from 1968 to 1993.

This creamer is about 7 inches tall and 2-3/4 inches across the bottom and was made in Japan.
