Dress is pullover styling with built in netted bra shelf.  Please note that on the back of the dress there looks to be a missing stitch?  It looks like if you just connected them with thread it would be fine.  Nothing is ripped or cut here, just two loops that don't have a stitch in between.  Dress can be worn as is, but you would have to be careful with that spot.  This item is unlined as well.
