The plate looks like oriental rug or fancy tapestry. It may find its place not only in the kitchen, but also in a living room or on a side table in an entry way. This bright accent will bring warmth and brightness of a sunny day.

In this plate I used a technique of glass fusing known as tapestry. But I modified it a bit. If you look carefully at the plate, you can find three different patterns of colors. One of them is main, and two additional are helpers. They enhance the view and add several tones which enrich impression.

Edges of this plate are professionally cold worked and look straight and shiny.
