FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO MOST OF MAINLAND UK:
We aim to dispactch all orders received before 3.30pm the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the following day.
Tonertastic uses FedEx UK for most of our deliveries. FedEx shipping costs are based on the standard courier regions defined by postcode. Whilst delivery charges outside the Mainland UK region are higher, this is unfortunately out of our hands.
If you feel our calculator charges place you in the wrong shipping zone then please do hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to confirm the correct delivery price based on your postcode.

We do deliver worldwide. Please contact us with your postcode and region and we will get back to you with the best possible postage shipping rates and times. We use FedEx Express for all International shipments.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared.
Currently orders can only be processed online through our website or eBay, and not over the telephone.

Tonertastic is a small limited company based in Buxton, the heart of the Peak District. It was formed due to the first hand knowledge of printing and the costs involved with purchasing printing supplies, and predominantly toner for our own needs as a reprographic printer ourselves.
As such, we developed skills in sourcing toner, ink and printing supplies at low prices. This is how we understand and can now offer the service and prices that our customers receive.
We know you need the best product cheap and fast, as we do ourselves!
We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. No returns will be accepted or processed without a Product Return Number (PRM) that has been issued by Tonertastic Ltd.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability and compatibility of goods BEFORE purchasing. Your statutory rights under the “The Sale of Goods Act 1979” (including amendments) are fully supported by Tonertastic Ltd. The “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” do not apply to business purchases.
Unwanted Goods.
If you are a business customer, you may return any unopened goods, in original condition, which can be sold again “as new”, within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed “as new”.
30 Day Warranty
We will stand behind all of the products we sell as fit for purpose in the machines we have stated as compatible for in our products lists, for 30 days after delivery date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Please email our Customer Care department with 'Returns' and the order number in the subject box to arrange a return. Returns must be adequately packed and the PRM number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.
