Equisite RARE Antique Silver Persian Hand Painted Enamel Scenic Cigarette Case

Here is a really exquisite antique rare silver persian enamel cigarette case. The case measures three & a quarter inches by just over four inches and is all made of antique solid silver, not marked where i can see, but is antique silve. This  case is really lovely and a  unusual quality persian enamel example and nicely both sides has enamel engravings with one side has a delightful persian  scene in lovely engraved detail with the centre having running deer etc & the other a temple or bulding in a scenic landscape in exquisite detail. These enamel scenes are really high quality & the enamel looks to be on a brass or copper type backing. The case which opens up & clicks shut nicely & inside has its elasisticated inner strap & is for cigarettes but can be used now days can be used for multiple other uses. The case is antique & dates to around  victorian era or just after and as with age this case has been used so there is wear & marks,with loss to parts of the edges of the enamel etc but certainly nothing that i think detracts from this piece, see pics  & this is reflected in the price & weighs over 130g & i have never seen another example of anywhere near this quality . This really is a lovely antique persian enamel case in origional complete condition as stated and such a  unusual  highly collectable very rare example of these.
