Antique Federal Mahogany & Gilt Gold Gesso Eagle  Mirror Early 19th Century. Antique Federal Mirror with Gold Carved Gesso Bell Leaves surounding Mirror Premeter. Mahogony woods surrounding Mirror.

Open pediment top with flanking rosettes, centered gold eagle with spread wings, gold gesso flanking Gesso Leaves ending with bottom rosettes.

Condition: NO MISSING PIECES.

ORIGINAL MIRROR WITH NO RESTORIATION OR REPLACED MIRROR.  IT IS ORIGINAL.

THIS MIRROR IS IN THE ORIGINAL FAMILY FOR OVER 5 GENERATIONS AND DISPLAYED IN 13,000 SQUARE FOOT MANSION IN DETROIT MICHIGAN.  THIS FEDERAL EAGLE MIRROR WAS MOVED TO THIS MANSION BUILT IN 1908. 

THIS MIRROR IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
