Instructions:

 

1, boot, check the operation is normal, the feed according to the size of the cable diameter, followed by root into the corresponding feed hole.

 

2, for the long-term durability of the blade, the material should be rubber and plastic cable connector cut off, so as not to cut the blade gap.

 

3, if the material came out after the deep and broken wire phenomenon, pay attention to the following points:

 

①, should adjust the feed section that is on both sides of the blade shaft spring pressure on the elastic;

 

②, in the feed to check whether the location of the feed hole is wrong;

 

③, the blade for the new, the edge is too sharp, the application of a little dressing a modifier, moderate so far.

 

4, if the feed, the skin has been stripped, but the copper can not be exposed. Mainly the following:

 

①, the upper axis knurled too deep, the application of whetstone to the shaft to be grinding, but not over-grinding, too much grinding is likely to cause oil-based cable is difficult to drive;

 

②, spring pressure is too loose, should be tightened pressure;

 

③, the wire diameter is too small, or the upper and lower shaft clearance is too high, the appropriate adjustment of the two shaft clearance;

 

④, the processing of the cable has been heating, copper wire will not be exposed to the skin.

 

5, if the feed, the roller can not drive the cable in the past, the material stay in the middle, the situation has the following circumstances:

 

①, check the file belt is loose phenomenon;

 

②, check the spring on both sides of the file pressure is too tight, no top force, should relax the pressure;

 

③, cable too much oil, so that the two shaft slip, should always clean the two axes.
