Rare real-photo postcard: BOILER MAKERS STRIKE HEADQUARTERS, HAVELOCK, NEB; typed titled, with initials OJH; Cyko mark on the back. This was part of the GREAT RAILROAD STRIKE / RAILWAY SHOPMEN'S STRIKE OF 1922, a nationwide strike by RAIL SHOPCRAFT UNIONS. I can't find any other examples of this card online, past or present, but more importantly I can't find any postcards that even mention Shopmen's Strike or Railroad Strike of 1922.

Condition: VG (very clean but trimmed down; scrapbook paper stuck to reverse).

(Vintage, Antique, RPPC, Photo, Photograph, Travel, History, Midwest, Union, Engineers, Metalworkers, Union, Industrial, Organized Labor, Workers Rights, Nebraska, Transportation, Trains, Rail, 1920's, Collectable)
