It has been tested and all functions operate perfectly. Total life expectancy is about 1 million copies.

This Ricoh MPC4504 (Ricoh currently manufactures their copy machines under two other Labels, Lanier and Savin; all parts and consumables are interchangeable) it has 9K color and 10K black for a total of 19K page count. As you can see, it was gently used.

The Ricoh MP C4504 offers reliability, quality, and consistent productivity. Offices can use the MP C4504 to print, copy, scan, and fax. Process prints and copies at a rate of 45 ppm in color and black/white. The 10.1” operations panel is as easy to use and navigate through as today’s smart devices. The Ricoh MP C4504 delivers each print with professional quality.

The full-color Ricoh MP C4504 will utilize four separate toner cartridges. Users can easily replace the empty cartridge and get back to work without delay. The Cost-Saving MP C4504 black toner cartridge (841813) can be replaced after an estimated 29,500 pages. The three Cost-Saving Compatible MP C4504 color toner cartridges (cyan- 841816, magenta- 841815, and yellow- 841814) can be replaced separately after an estimated 18,000 pages—each.

Today’s busy offices can rely on the Ricoh MP C4504 to produce a variety of prints and projects. Each project runs more smoothly with the MP C4504 paper handling capabilities and versatile paper capacity. This copier was sold new for approximately $12,500. It has been recently returned from lease and was under full maintenance service agreement. This machine is not only in excellent cosmetic condition; it is producing great copies. It has been completely tested to ensure that all functions and accessories are working perfectly including network testing on our test network using a Windows-based operating system. Including testing for printing, scanning and collating.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Our machines are thoroughly tested by our service team to ensure that it will make copies and that all functions and accessories are operating correctly. Our machines are sold as is and consumable items are installed with no warranty as to the expected life. Consumables items include, but are not limited to the following: toner, developer, starter, drums, blades, feed rollers, cleaning rollers, pressure rollers, feed tires, corona wires/assemblies, fusing units, lamps, transfer rollers, and staples. Copier functions are tested and in working condition before shipment. Actual photos are used unless otherwise specified as a manufacturer's illustration. Manuals and print drivers are often not included with the copiers but can be obtained by downloading from the manufacturer's website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email or call.

All copiers are inspected before shipping to assure they are in working condition before they leave our warehouse. We guarantee our copiers pass a copy and are in working order immediately prior to shipment.  

In the event, a copier does not operate within 30 days received or 2,000 copies of usage. We will warranty and provide replacement parts for any non-consumable item. Provided the copier was setup and installed by a factory trained technician upon delivery.

The item would be sent at the customer's expense, and the old part would need to be returned. Any physical damage to the copier must be noted at the time of delivery, so you could file an insurance claim against the trucking company.

It is our policy not to give refunds or take returns. If for any reason a refund or return is granted, no refund will be given for shipping, and it is the customer's responsibility to return the equipment to our office in the same condition it left our office originally. Also, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will arrange shipping and insurance at your request, or you can make your own arrangements for shipping, including picking up the equipment at our Columbus, Ohio facility. We require a 48-hour notice for a local pick up and our pickup hours are 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday. If we ship for you, the copier will be professionally packaged with cardboard protection, bubble wrap and or shrink-wrap and then blanket wrapped on the truck. Delivery will include drop off to a loading dock, any additional requirements such as stairs and residential deliveries would be extra. Copiers are electronic pieces of equipment, and it may be necessary to have a qualified technician adjust the machine after delivery.

 If there is any damage to the unit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the trucking company. Please inspect the equipment when you receive it for any damage. Then, document it on the shipping slip and call the trucking company.
