Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless youhave provided us with a valid daytime phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. Every light product is tested prior to shipping to ensure all products leave our warehouse in working order, giving you extra product confidence. If anything arrives damaged, you should either refuse the delivery and have it sent back, or take photos immediately of the damage and send them to us so we can make it right as quickly as possible for you. Damage must be reported to us no later than the next business day after delivery or you may not qualify for a replacement or refund, so don’t delay!

All items are dispatched from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Delivery time can take anywhere between 2-10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may require a longer delivery time of up to 14 days. We will advise cut off times for pre-Christmas deliveries.

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

All orders are tracked. The tracking number can be viewed from within your eBay Purchases page.

Unfortunately we cannot send large or bulky items (e.g. large motifs) to a PO Box. All deliveries must be shipped to either a business or residential address.

Pick up may be available by appointment only.

We aim to dispatch all products within 1 working day of your full payment being made (excluding weekends and Qld public holidays).

Please note that deliveries will take place during normal business hours. If nobody is at the premises when delivery is made, then your item will be left in a location deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you do not wish for the item to be left please contact us when placing your order for alternative arrangements to be made.

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us via eBay Messages before sending anything back.

We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

  • You have changed your mind and wish to request a return
  • Your product was damaged during transit
  • You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased
  • You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased

Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service via contact us. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - otherwise, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

You changed your mind

We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind. Please be aware we charge a 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns, excluding original delivery costs.

All returned items must be returned to our office in a brand new, unused condition, in their original shippedpackaging, and include all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received byus in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redeliveryto do so.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending areplacement product back to you.

The item arrived damaged or missing parts

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrivesdamaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refundyou in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item tous. Please send us a copy of the receipt via eBay Messages for any shipping costs you incur.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. Itis important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately ifthere is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us via eBay Messages beforesending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier andwarehouse.

The item is faulty

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law thatcannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.

Should your product be faulty, please contact us via eBay Messages so we can guide youthrough the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty.

Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair orreplace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.

Warranty

All of our products are fully backed by Australian manufacturer warranty, generally a 1 year warranty applies, but can vary by product.

30-day returns. Buyer pays return postage. 20% restocking fee may apply. If you decide to return your purchase, we will allow for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Any return submitted for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. Anything outside of this policy requires special authorisation. Please note: we will waive the 10% restocking fee and pay the shipping costs for the following return reasons: courier damage, defective product, product not as advertised or received incorrect product.

When will I receive my order?
For the estimated delivery date, please check the listing of the items you ordered. Providing there are no issues with your address and we have a valid phone number from you, we typically dispatch the next business day.  All orders are tracked, and the tracking number will be uploaded to eBay so you can see when it’s on its way and check the delivery progress. Keep in mind regional and rural locations may take longer, so please be patient. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
Some of our couriers automatically do ‘Safe Drop’ meaning that if nobody is home when they go to deliver your order, they will leave the parcel near your front door providing they assess it to be safe to do so. If you do not wish to allow Safe Drop, you must select a shipping option that requires signature on delivery. Please refer to our Delivery Information page here for more details and what to do if you don’t want Safe Drop.

Can I track my order online?
Yes.  All orders are tracked, and the tracking number will be uploaded to eBay so you can see when it’s on its way and check the delivery progress. You can check the tracking number alongside the order record on your eBay Purchases Dashboard here.

Is my delivery insured against damage or loss?
Yes. If anything arrives damaged, it is important that you report it to us with photos no later than 4pm Brisbane time the next business day to qualify for a replacement (or if we’re out of stock, a refund) and not be out of pocket for the costs of returning the item to us. If the courier loses your consignment, we will send you a new one as soon as we have received written confirmation from the courier of the loss. What can I do if the delivery seems to be taking too long?
In the first instance, check the tracking details online to see where it is. If you can’t find your tracking number, or the tracking indicates that the delivery is beyond the estimated delivery date, then please contact us via eBay Messages so we can chase it up for you.

Can I cancel my order?
As a general rule, no.  All orders through eBay are final. However if we have not already dispatched your order, there is a chance we can stop the consignment before the courier collects it. In this instance, we will treat it as a change-of-mind return and you will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy here.

The part I ordered doesn’t fit.  Can I send it back or exchange it?
It depends why it doesn’t fit. If we’ve published incorrect information about the product, then yes you can return it and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full, and will also cover any costs you incur to send it back to us. If it doesn’t fit because you didn’t check the measurements or size at your end, then yes you can still return it, however it will be a change-of-mind return. Please refer to our Returns Policy here for the applicable terms and conditions.
