This listing is for one(1) BRAND NEW rechargeable NI-MH 24V OEM replacement battery pack for the Medicool Pro Power 20K Drill - the 1 toggle switch version and the 2 toggle switches version. Just take apart the drill to to check if the battery pack has 2 connectors - then this is the correct battery for your drill.

You are buying the battery pack ONLY, the picture of the drill is for illustration purposes only - it is NOT included in the purchase. 

If your drill only runs when the power is plugged in - that means that the battery pack inside the control box can no longer hold a charge. This usually happens when the battery pack is a few years old, OR if the power supply is left plugged in a long time after the charging light turns GREEN. It only take about 2 hours to charge the battery to full, when the charging light goes from RED to GREEN, unplug power supply right away so battery pack can continue to works for a long time. 

Buying this new battery pack will fix that and will allow the drill to runs without being plugged-in as long as it has been charged.
