If you prefer to ship on a service you do not see listed, please contact us directly. We are also happy to ship on UPS/FedEx account numbers. Local pickup is welcomed upon request - please message us directly for more information.

Freight for Equipment & Large Items: Freight items can be quoted upon request, and the cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 1-2 business days for a shipping quote. Handling charges may apply for special crating, packaging etc. upon invoicing.  

Customer Service:  We do our best to describe each item accurately, message us with any questions. If an item is described incorrectly or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation. 

Payment:  GRS accepts payments through eBay, as well as payments made via Wire Transfer and cash upon picking up the item. Please let us know via message if you would like to pay by cash on pickup or wire for further instructions.
