• New without tags, sample item. I bought a bunch of items from the PBK and PB sample sale. The Halloween costumes are not tagged with PBK tags. It's not the same quality as the final product--it's a sample. So, the seams might not be totally perfect, and I think the finishing is a bit less quality--the stars are tacked onto the skirt with thread in the middle instead of being stitched around the edges, for example.
