We ship our products approximately 1-2 business days after purchasing. We ship and processed items from Mondays – Fridays. Please be aware that if you order on Friday, your item will be sent on Monday (Due to the time needed for case needs to dry and the fact that Australia Post does not work on Saturdays). We only post with Australia Post for all orders. If you have not received your item within 14 business days then please contact us with an eBay message and we will try to get back in touch.

 

Return                                                                                                                 

1.     Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.

 

2.     The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.

 

3.     We will happily offer replacement items (not refunds) if:

 

1.     The item is dead on arrival or damaged

2.     There is a manufacturing fault with the item

3.     The wrong item was sent to you

 

4.      If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, the item will need to be returned in brand new condition. If repacking is required or packing damage has occurred, we may charge a fee for this decided on a case by case basis. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping cost. 
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

5.      Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.

 

6.      Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Canton_Superstore_Online. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Canton_Superstore_Online Warehouse and the client's delivery address.

 

7.      No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
