Shipping

• All Orders will be Shipped Within 1 Business Days (Weekends and Public Holidays Orders Excluded) after Payment Verified, Most of Our Items are Shipped by UPS or Smaller Sized Items are Shipped by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
• Free Shipping Only Applies Within 48 States of USA. For Item Ship to (PO Box, FPO, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Additional Shipping Charge will Apply. Please Email Us for More Information before Placing Order.

• Once We Received Your Payment, We will Ship Out the Order As Soon As Possible, We Can not Cancel Order or Changing the Shipping Address for You When the Order was Shipped.  So Please Make Sure Shipping Address is the Correct One before Placing Order to Avoid any Issue. • All Packages will be Inspected before Shipping, We will Provide All Packing Material Needed for Your Package to Improve Shipping Safety.

Return Policy

• Shopping from motoacc-mart , you will always enjoy a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Buyer could return new and unused products in original factory and re-saleable condition for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns should be pre-approved by our customer service team. Before return, please contact our customer service team for RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns or used item will not be accepted. 
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. After returned item is received and confirmed in good/re-sellable condition, we will exchange the item or issue refund according to customer’s option. 20% restocking fee may apply if returned item is not packed well or returned in bad condition. The refund will be issued through PayPal and the funds should go back to the account which you use to pay for order. 
• For defective or damaged item, please contact us and provide as much problem details as possible, we will consider to waive return and ship replacement item or issue full refund to you directly after problem is confirmed.
