This wind up squirrel is in good vintage condition, considering her age. Her creamy fur is a little matted but still fuzzy. She is 7 inches long (including tail) and about 4 inches tall. On her left side is what seems to be her original key. When wound, she hops slowly at first, but give her a little push and she goes like the wind! She has a pink ribbon with a bell around her neck, and she's holding an orange leaf and a little white ball that might have been an acorn at some point but has since lost its paint? This squirrel came from my great aunts' house in South Bend, Indiana, where she had been protected for decades in a back bedroom. When we emptied out their house, we tried to save the special things we thought were beautiful, unusual, and unique. We hope that you get the same joy from her that our family has!
