Each cuff is handmade with one smooth end to give the outward appearance of a hoop piercing with the opposite end curled to hug the back of the ear and stay in place.
Width: approximately 0.5" (half inch) with a small opening. Slightly adjustable, but meant to be worn on the ear placement as shown in photos - the middle of ear (conch).
To wear: slide the opening against the side of the ear onto the middle as shown in photos. - No Piercing is necessary -
