1990 Hasbro Takara Micromaster Transformer Toys Military Patrol.  They both measure 1 3/4" long and 1" wide as vehicles (Bombshock the Tank and the Army SUV).  The Army SUV is missing whatever went in the top of the vehicle; otherwise both items are in very good vintage condition - see photos.
