smoker!  OK, I actually don't know what that means....incense perhaps? Took pictures of the top/bottom that comes apart - and think never used for that - but seems like couple parts that perhaps would hold incense, and the fragrance comes out the mouth?

(me and brothers used to beg my mom - to let us "play" with...) I glued back on - seems like all the parts are just "glued" on.  You have to zoom in on the pics - I truly do have not a clue as to the name of this Man (can't find exact copy on ebay or Internet) - so at first I thought of Accordion man./with a dancing Monkey? remember those? ...but reckon - perhaps they did not have those - back in the day.  I also have not a clue as to the Age -
