WPI is a fast release protein that digest 1 hour after ingestion aiding that quick repair your muscles need straight after training.

WPC is digested 4 hours after ingestion to keep a balanced feeding of the muscle tissue with the amino acids needed for sustained repair.

Casein is a slower digesting protein that allows amino acids to still be repairing up to 8 hours after you training great for repair during the sleep cycles.

All our products are manufactured in a Licensed food manufacturing plant, with high quality control, in HACCP accredited clean rooms. All products are supplied in food grade packaging. Colours may vary in packaging.
