This is a 1991 Limited Edition Sericel from Walter Lantz Productions, Inc., featuring the great cartoon comedy character Woody Woodpecker as he goes golfing!  This unframed cel measures 11" wide by 9" high.  Studio stamp is in the lower left hand corner. It says: "Serigraph. Walter Lantz. Certified."
