After you have purchased our product we will send you home an impression Kit, you take the impression of your teeth with the easy to use Kit by following simple attached instructions. Return your completed impression (s). Postage will need to be applied on included envelope. We advice you use Royal mail recorded delivery. Once we receive your impression we will cast a plaster model of your teeth, we then place a 2 mm high quality bleaching tray blank in one of our thermoforming machines to create your custom whitening trays that will be sent to you within 3 working days (please allow a couple days for delivery).
