2013 - 2018 DODGE RAM 1500, 2500, 3500, Headlight Driver LH Side 68096438AC OEM. One Amber lense chip in housing, but I can't tell where it came from. One tab on the bottom is broken off. There's a hole on the back housing.  The clear lense is pretty scratched up.  All of this is in the pictures (but the scratches are hard to see in the pics). I don't believe any of these issues will effect its functionality.
