PAYMENT METHODS 

o   Our preferred method of payment is PayPal

o   Payment via bank transfer/deposit must include EBAY ID as reference

o   Eftpos, Cash and Credit Card are accepted at pickup

BIDDING CONTRACT

o   All bids are a contract so please think and confirm that you want the item before bidding

o   Non-paying bids will be lodged with ebay and will attract an unpaid item strike

o   We expect to hear from you within 3 days after end of auction and require payment to be made within 7 days

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

o   Please make sure that your address details on eBay and Paypal are similar to ensure that goods are delivered to the correct address

o   Please allow 1-4 working days for payments to reach us and cleared by paypal. If paying via e-cheque, we will attempt to despatch the goods as soon as payment is cleared. If goods are express post, they should arrive the next day when payment has been received unless you live outside the express post area.

o   Local pickup is available from our retail stores at the addresses above. An extra fee of 30% of the postage fee will be incurred at pickup. However both warehouses do carry different stock, please ring up before heading down to ensure that parts are available

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

o   All items returned are subject to a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee

o   It is the customer responsibility to contact us within this time period to be eligible for a return

o   Refunds can only be made within (seven) 7 days

o   No refunds will be given for change of mind. Please choose carefully as shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

o   No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified

o   It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. Email us if you are unsure about this.

FEEDBACK

o   Our aim is to provide you a pleasant purchase experience with us. If for any reason you are not happy with our products (e.g. Item not as described, or item defective etc), please contact us via phone or email and we will attempt to assist you with any problem you may have.
