We are delighted to offer this rare vintage hand crafted herringbone weave lidded storage basket, from China, circa 1960s. This finely woven detailed basket shows beautifully aged original surface color patina. It is rendered primarily in bamboo and rattan, and has great structural strength and stability. Gently used, it shows minimal wear and measures approximately 13” high x 9.75”diameter.
