This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavy creases and many areas of wrinkled/wavy folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (some small tears may exist); no holes that I could see; heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist).
