These tools are made in the USA by WCM!

  This auction is for a 6061 aluminum CNC machined tools for a 34mm DVO fork.

  First is a 2-sided wrench used to remove the caps at the bottom of the sanctions. One end has the thinner longer notches and the other has the smaller wider notches. (see pics). These have a tendency to come off very hard so we built the tool heavy duty. 

   This will fit Saphire and Onyx forks. It should also fit all older models. I don't think it will fit 32mm versions. It will NOT fit the diamond as diamond does not have the cap thread directly into the bottom of the sanction.

Next we have a 32 socket a 22 socket and a 18mm socket.  The 22 and the 18mm are DVO specific and will may not fit other applications. The sockets have no chamfer on the top cap sockets to get better grip on the short nut height. They are also made with a tighter clearance for a better fit then a socket you find at the store. 

 Then we have a leg removal punch. This threads into the bottom of the fork and you simply tap it with a soft blow hammer to remove the shaft from the leg. 

Last we included a mini vise clamp that has sizes 8mm and 10mm.
