This Board is used to protect lithium cells from Full Discharge, Over-Charging, Over-current and Short Circuit 
Suitable for Lithium Battery cells with nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V, 3.8V and charge up to 4.2V- 4.3V per cell 
You will need basic soldering skills to wire the board

Should be from Constant Current and Constant Voltage source
