All items are thoroughly tested before listing & before shipping. Every effort is made to ensure that your item is functioning correctly. Several test benches are used to test not only that the PC-Parts will power on but that they will perform all intended tasks. Drivers are installed (if applicable) and parts are allowed to reach full operating temperatures while running windows 10.

Please contact me FIRST before starting a "Defective / Not as Described" or any other negative return. If you are not willing to contact me and will start a defective/negative return without the courtesy of a quick message then please do not order from me. A lot of time is spent testing items. It is expensive and counter productive to my business goals to ship non-working or incorrect items. Every effort is made to prevent mistakes or defective items but it does happen.
Please give me a chance to make it right and I will.
There are infinite combinations of PC hardware & software; even with thorough testing it is impossible to prevent every issue. Please contact me through the eBay for assistance.
