| Shipping | Items purchased for delivery in the UK will be dispatched on a next business day service via DPD or TNT when ordered before 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Items purchased Friday, will be delivered on Monday. Items purchased at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Collection from our warehouse in Leyland, Lancashire can be arranged, please note this in your order and we will be happy to help. Some areas of the UK (e.g. Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland) may be exempt from the next day service offered by the courier, please contact us for more information or a personalised delivery quotation. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. We cannot accept any liability for any items, delivered by the courier, that are not received in time. |

| Returns | The buyer must pay all shipping costs relating to returns. Items that have been ordered incorrectly must be returned to us in the original packaging and must not have been fitted to the vehicle. Items returned for incorrect ordering or 'no longer required' are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item fails within 12 months (1 year) of the invoice date the item can returned to us under warranty. The warranty covers issues and defects that have arisen from a manufacturers defect. Any failures that have been caused by misuse of the item are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty returns must be shipped to us for testing. Only once a warranty claim is accepted can the item be repaired, replaced or credited. |
