These units were pulled from a personal dance floor not from a business. The hours on the lamps average around 300-500 but do vary.  Purchase includes the wash light with the power cord and mount as shown. All units have some scuffs, scratches, and other signs of use. No data cables or other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.
