PRODUCT CARE:

This item is machine wash and machine dry, sanitize cycle okay, regular detergents, dryer sheets. NO BLEACH/BLEACH ALTERNATIVES/CLOROX etc as this can damage the product.

SHIPPING: All products ship from Vancouver BC Canada, worldwide destinations, postage overages over $2 will be refunded after order ships. IF MAKING MULTIPLE LISTING PURCHASES orders will be combined and postage will be refunded if there's overages of $2 or more.

RETURNS/CANCELATION/REFUNDS:

- I don't do returns for sanitary reasons I can't take orders back. If there's an issue please reach out to me. Do not mail orders back to the address on your parcel.

- cancelations are not possible however if you ordered the wrong size I can possibly alter your sizing if it hasn't been sewn yet. Please reach out to me asap if you realize you ordered the wrong sizing. If it already shipped. Please consider just donating it to a rescue or shelter.

- refunds, unless there's an issue with the actual product you received, I don't do refunds. All items are priced to be affordable and to be able to offer this makes it difficult to absorb refund costs.

CUSTOMS (DUTIES aka TAXES)

- taxes are the buyers responsibility. Different countries have different tax thresholds. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of what the threshold is and decide whether they want to be subjected to this possible tax at delivery. This shop will mark orders as GIFT if the buyer requests it but it does not guarantee that customs will not tax the parcel.
