BONUS INFO: In a 1943 issue of The American Scholar, Marston wrote: "Not even girls want to be girls so long as our feminine archetype lacks force, strength, and power. Not wanting to be girls, they don't want to be tender, submissive, peace-loving as good women are. Women's strong qualities have become despised because of their weakness. The obvious remedy is to create a feminine character with all the strength of Superman plus all the allure of a good and beautiful woman."

DESCRIPTION: This Beautiful Golden-Age book is not for your average Collector. This is either an Investment Piece or for someone who LOVES Wonder Woman, Professor William Marston aka Charles Moulton and the Brilliant and One of a Kind H.G. Peter. This book to me is a snapshot of Comic Book History; a True work of Art.
If you've never seen "Professor Marston and the Wonder Women", you may want to prior to buying this book in order to fully appreciate how cool this Item actually is.

Outrage over Marston's Life and work led to widespread defamation, persecution
and mass burning of these early Wonder Woman books, a true tragedy in Comic History...
..which is why these books are so exceptionally rare.
Against all of this, he fought hard and stood tall.
__.__

This is the Exact copy of this book that is shown as an example on many sites when you search "Sensation Comics #82 Value" and with good reason.
This book, recognizable by the crease down the Center, is the example book of this issue on MANY websites
because although there is at least one Higher Graded copy, this seems to be
the Highest rated un-sealed Copy (not sealed in a CGC Graded case).

CONDITIONIt is not without flaws, albeit minor ones- the biggest being the crease down the center of the book (which has flattened significantly, does not break color and thanks to being posted in so many places,
has actually become a mark of provenance).
It also has a small chipping toward the lower right bottom of Cover and small micro-tears, visible in photos.
Fragile with wear at Cover Staple areas. Interiors Solid with only minor issues.
However, this is a Very Rare book in any condition, particularly in higher grades.
I Love this Book, so unless it sells fast there is a good chance I'll change my mind,
end the listing and decide to keep it.

I would Grade this as FINE/VERY FINE, however I am not a professional grader and as grading is subjective so Please examine photos closely for condition,
let your own eyes be the Judge and please feel free to send any questions you may have, as what you see is what you get.

STORIES FEATURED:
"Brain Pirates from the Inner Moon-World"
"The Carnival of Mystery"
"Invitation to Danger"

Happy Treasure Hunting~!
