ask questions and look at pictures closely. We try to picture flaws in
our items as clearly as possible. Most of our items are used and bought
second hand. We look for old, unusual or interesting items,
unfortunately they are not always in perfect condition.
It is much better to know what to expect when your item arrives than to get an unpleasant surprise upon delivery. Please
pay attention to size, color, condition and other details as well. We
pack our items carefully and rarely have items arrive in poor or broken
condition but it does happen. If you receive a broken item or your item
is not as described please let us know right away. It is
important to us that our buyers be happy with their item and buying
experience. Please do not leave negative feedback until we have been
given a chance to correct the issue.
In the
unfortunate event that you receive a broken item, please save the label
and packaging. Please take pictures of the broken item & protective
packaging as well as the mailing label. You will be reimbursed right
away. I would appreciate a message from you including the uploaded
pictures to submit to the post office. The post office also requires the
package be brought to to local postmaster for inspection, obviously you
are not required to do this but I would be very grateful if you do.
Please be sure your address is registered correctly on your E bay account. Mailing
labels are generated through E bay using that address. Our shipping
fees are also generated through our E bay account, we enter size and
weight of the package and the cost is calculated for your location. I
cannot see the shipping cost that you see on the listing for your
specific location. This means that we don’t have a lot of control over
shipping cost, we can, however, offer different shipping methods
that are often a bit slower but may be less expensive. If you are
unhappy with the shipping cost please contact us with your zip code and
we can calculate the exact rate for you or offer different methods.
Please don’t leave negative feedback due to shipping fees, we do not
have control, we do not profit from shipping charges.
Most
listings have a 3 day handling time frame, I have done this to reduce
stress for myself as this is not my full-time job. HOWEVER, if you need
faster shipping please message me and I will do my best to accommodate
your needs and get your item shipped ASAP.
We
are happy to leave positive feedback for you but will do so only after
receiving your positive feedback. Please remember that E bay sellers are
dependent upon the amount of positive feedback received for many
reasons. Negative feedback should be carefully considered before posting
it. Be sure you have tried to resolve the problem with the seller. If a
seller is unwilling to try to resolve a problem, only then should
negative feedback be considered.
If there will be a delay in
paying for your item, we understand and will not fault you for it, but
please let us know the approximate date when you plan to pay. If you
purchase an item but then decide you don’t want it, please contact us to
cancel the sale. This way we can relist the item and your buyers rating
won’t be negatively affected by failure to pay.
Last,
but not least, we recycle and reuse boxes and packing materials, you
may find unconventional packing materials, but your item should always
arrive in the expected condition.
