The apron is evenly pleated with what I think is pre-pleated fabric. Flowers and butterflies design with pea green leaves show throughout. There is a lattice border at the bottom. 

The measurements are the following:

Top of waistband to bottom: 18 inches

The waist portion is also 18 inches

The length of the apron from the end of the strings: 60 inches

I did not see any stains, rips or tears to the apron.
