This listing is for 1 set of 4 place mats with matching napkins. These are new and are still sewn together by a thread but unfortunately I could find no tag to determine the material. They appear to be a cotton blend or perhaps even 100% cotton. They are mainly being in color with a light rusty brown border and an flower applique in one corner of the place mats. The place mat measure about 17" x 12".  What is quite neat is the napkins fold (see pics) and fit under the applique in the corner of the place mat. The napkins are square measuring about 13 3/4 x 13 3/4". They just have a small flower design in the middle as shown. I do have 2 sets of these if you would like 8. (item #16-373 & 374))
