Seven Killers In Miami - 2013 - Mixed Media on Canvas - Original Art 36”x17”x1”.

This is a painting I made while exploring mixed media and thinking about an idea for a story. I took three small stretched canvases and connected them in the back. Then I built a frame around all three of them and did a stream of consciousness ink writing around the frame while thinking in the perspective of a character in my story. I included the frame in the painting and largely used acrylic paint for most of it. Once the acrylic was dry I used oil paint for the gun, white lines, and some touch up details. I painted the frame in glow-in-the-dark paint so if you hit it with a black light or allow it some sun then it will glow in the dark. It has been some years so I don't know how much it will glow now.
